When they expanded into the Charlotte area five years ago, Taylor Morrison brought a proven track record and a 100-year legacy with them. With a wide range of design options and the assistance of a design expert to guide them along the way, customers are sure to build a home that is uniquely theirs.

Area Sales Manager Michael Cummings says excellent communication is the key to helping the whole process run smoothly. “Our Community Sales Managers update customers every two weeks between the sale of a new home and before construction begins,” he explains. “Once construction starts, our builders provide weekly updates on the status of each customer’s home. For anything that comes up in-between, a Taylor Morrison employee is available every day in their model homes to help. At Taylor Morrison, we work to earn your trust by providing the resources, support, and industry experience to help you make educated decisions about your most important purchase.”

When construction is complete, Taylor Morrison includes a quality assurance inspection before customers conduct their new home orientation/pre-closing walkthrough. This way, any corrections needed can be completed promptly and prior to settlements. Taylor Morrison also gives their customers outstanding peace-of-mind by including a one-year warranty for workmanship, a two-year warranty for mechanicals, and a ten-year structural warranty.

Taylor Morrison rewards brokers for multiple sales throughout 2020. Sell one home and earn the standard 3% Broker Commission, sell two homes, and earn $2,000, sell three or more homes and earn $3,000.
