Business is changing, but it isn’t slowing down for Gary Frank during this pandemic. Home sales are still robust in the Charlotte area, and Gary has adapted to a new, virtual environment while keeping the same positive attitude that has helped him become a top-producing, award-winning home warranty Senior Account Executive.
“I just had a REALTOR® place five orders at one time for closings she has within the next two weeks,” Gary says. “People who are going at it are still doing very well. Those who are changing with the times and adjusting to the situation are still successful. All of us will come out of the COVID crisis with more knowledge and tools than we knew existed previously, which will result in even greater success in our careers moving forward.”
Zoom presentations and other virtual meetings are helping Gary stay productive and be more efficient. He’s passionate about providing REALTORS® with products and services their clients need and could save them money on repairs and replacements. Many times, home warranties have saved his clients thousands of dollars on a single claim when the system or appliance in their home failed.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Marketing degree from UNC-Charlotte, Gary held several titles before finding what would soon become his dream job – a career in the home warranty industry. Today, with nearly eight years of experience in the industry, Gary knows home warranties like the back of his hand and works with many of the top-producing REALTORS® in the region.
“I laid the groundwork by being in the field the majority of my time, visiting 10-15 offices a day, and reaching out to brokers and owners,” Gary says. “Just introducing myself and being friendly had a snowball effect. REALTORS® started referring to other REALTORS® to me. Within six months, I was at the top of my company and producing at the level of reps who had been in the industry for years.”
Gary was honored as the Rookie of the Year his first year in the business. He’s collected accolades every year since, ranging from Top Producer of the Year to Sales Team MVP. He has also been recognized as a member of the President’s Club – which consists of the Top 1% of all employees. Gary attributes his tenacity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic to his father, who passed away just before Christmas last year.
