Chris Crosby is His Agent Partner’s Secret Weapon!

Chris Crosby, a Senior Account Executive for Home Warranty of America, wants to help REALTORS® and their clients receive the best possible service; allowing them to establish relationships that last forever.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Chris spent his early years as a minister. Enamored by real estate, Chris moved to Orlando to work as a REALTOR®, before moving to the hospitality industry and working for Merlin Entertainment Inc. “I moved back to the Carolinas to get back into real estate,” Chris tells us, “And then God opened this door for me, and I knew this was the right path to follow.”
Due to his background, Chris understands what it’s like in other agents’ positions. “I help take the load off of them,” he says. “We win clients one referral at a time, and I’m here to help agents and their clients any way that I can.”
One of Chris’s goals is to provide world-class service to agents and their clients alike: “I am here to be able to help a real estate agent become a rockstar in the eyes of their clients. If things go wrong, I am in your back pocket. I will come in and show that you provided leadership and guided your clients through the challenges. Communication is key; if I say I’m going to get you more business, it’s going to happen.”
Chris and his wife run a non-profit, Regenesis Group, which focuses on empowering others to renew their passions and health. “I don’t like the word addiction—it has negative connotations,” explains Chris. “Instead, I use the term ‘unhealthy relationships’ and ‘chronic attachment disorder.’ We work with recovery leaders and influencers to help cultivate hope and education, and to help others find their true passions in life.”
Chris and his wife have four beautiful children, and though they’ve been together four years, they still enjoy learning new things about each other and discovering activities that they love to do together as a family. They both have a passion for helping others and integrating lessons they’ve learned in their own lives.
“I am always thinking of ways that I can provide even more value for my agent partners,” Chris smiles, “And I feel with my role here at HWA, I can really make a difference, even if it’s just one client at a time.”
